How to Delete Your Account
⚠️ Important Warning
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. This action will:
- Delete all your profile information
- Remove all your saved favorites
- Delete any business listings you own
- Cancel any active subscriptions
- Remove all your reviews and photos
This cannot be undone. Make sure you really want to delete your account before proceeding.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the UnBelizeable app on your mobile device

Go to "My Profile" - You can find this in the main navigation menu or by tapping your profile icon

Scroll to the bottom of the My Profile page

Tap "Delete Account" - This option is located at the bottom of the page

Type CONFIRM in the text box that appears (must be in all capital letters)

Tap "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to complete the deletion process
What happens after deletion:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated
- All your data will be permanently removed from our servers
- You will be logged out of the app
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address

Alternative: Temporarily Deactivate
If you're not sure about permanently deleting your account, consider:
- Simply uninstalling the app (your account remains but you won't receive notifications)
- Updating your privacy settings to limit data collection
- Contacting support about temporarily suspending your account
